Appointment
- It is recommended to plan your appointment around your menstrual cycle. (receiving treatment during your monthly cycle may negatively affect the retention of pigment)
- Coumadin: AmoPlease come to your appointment with a clean, bare face (no makeup at all)unt of bleeding and response to topical epinephrine will determine coverage per appointment. If excessive bleeding occurs, extra appointments may be necessary for desired outcome or procedure may not be effective.
- To reserve your service appointment, a $100 non-refundable service fee deposit is required. It will be credited towards the total cost of your services. ( If deposit its required )
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we require at least a 48 hour notice. The deposit will transfer to another appointment date.
- For a no show, late cancellation or late reschedule of a service appointment, we will charge your card for 30% of the service fee and this fee is separate from your deposit.
- Please give us at least a 48 hour notice, this allows us to offer your appointment slot to clients on our waiting list.
- A reschedule is required if you are 30+ minutes late to your appointment. A $100 booking fee will be charged as well.
- Our studio is shoes-free zone, please remove your shoes when you come inside (slippers will be provided).
- For lash clients, please be prepared to shampoo your lashes in office before application.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are free. However, if you miss your appointment, have a late cancellation or reschedule without at least a 48 hour notice, we will charge a minimum of $100 for a consultation fee. During the consultation, we will discuss your expectations and answer any questions or concerns of yours. This process consists of drawing the brow/eyeliner/lip that best compliments your facial features.
