• Wait 12 hours before washing your face
• Use only gentle cleanser and moisturizer for 2 days
• Apply sunscreen daily and avoid direct sun for 3–5 days
• Keep your skin hydrated — drink water and moisturize
• Use no other active ampoules or acids for 12–14 days (let your treatment ampoule work!)

• No makeup or active skincare for 24–48 hours
• Avoid saunas, hot yoga, steam rooms, or heavy sweating for 24 hours
• Don’t exfoliate or scrub your face for at least 7 days
• Avoid touching or picking at your skin
• Skip any harsh treatments for 1 week

Most clients benefit from peels every 2, depending on your skin goals (hydration, anti-aging, acne, etc.). We can build a custom facial plan just for you!
